1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unravl ("the Service"), operated by Unravl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unravl is a voice note processing application that converts audio recordings into structured data including tasks, events, notes, and grocery lists. The Service uses third-party AI models to process audio and text.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Unravl offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions
• Upload audio containing harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all audio recordings and resulting structured data you create using the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
